Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Entry Level Remote Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a great opportunity for someone who is adaptable, motivated, and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic customer service environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently - Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services - Stay informed of product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude - Critical thinking and decision-making abilities - Proficiency with computers and online communication tools
