Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

AT&T is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Web Chat Specialist in our Dallas, Texas location. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer inquiries. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 3. Utilize product knowledge and resources to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 4. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement solutions. 6. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers. 4. Leadership and adaptability as soft skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Must be proficient in computer and internet usage. 8. Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
