Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Fiserv is seeking a dedicated and resilient Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat communication - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet performance goals
