Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Parker-Hannifin is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and resourceful. In addition, strong soft skills in people management and cooperation are required for success in this position.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to effectively assist customers - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong soft skills in people management and cooperation - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of web chat platforms and CRM systems is a plus
