Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Web Chat Specialist to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support on our website.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and address any concerns or issues - Offer personalized assistance to customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate services or products - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, representing the company in a positive light - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information online - Strong planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems - Proficiency in typing and navigating online systems - Basic knowledge of financial services is a plus
