Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Home Depot is seeking a motivated and dedicated Support Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers and employees.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and with a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Motivated and dedicated personality traits - Soft skills in cooperation and people management
