As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with our products and services - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations - Driven to exceed customer expectations - Excellent time management skills - Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
