Job Description:
Paccar, a leading global company in the automotive industry, is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position will be remote work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to employees, assisting with any technical issues or inquiries they may have. 2. Coordinate and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. 3. Conduct training sessions and workshops to help employees develop their skills and knowledge. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes and procedures. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective support services. 6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in support management.
Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 2. Resourcefulness: Finding creative solutions to challenges and obstacles. 3. Time management: Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Innovation: Thinking outside the box and implementing new ideas for improvement. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
