Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

American Electric Power is seeking a Support Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Research and gather information to resolve customer inquiries - Make decisions independently to provide the best possible customer experience - Document all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual willing to work remotely - Strong research skills and ability to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
