Lansing Trade Group is seeking a Support Specialist to join our remote team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the trading industry. As an entry-level Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with various administrative tasks and providing support to our traders.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls and emails from clients and internal team members - Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our systems - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow - Provide administrative support to traders as needed - Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative solutions to challenges - Assist with special projects as assigned - Uphold the company's values of reliability and confidence in all interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience preferred - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work - Confidence in handling client inquiries and requests - Team player attitude with a creative problem-solving approach
