Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Associate to join our team at Dr Pepper Snapple Group. This is a remote work opportunity based in Los Angeles, California. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance via web chat, ensuring a positive customer experience and representing our company in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via web chat in a timely manner - Providing product information and assistance with online orders - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Continuously improving knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Independent worker who can work effectively in a remote environment - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Basic project management skills - High school diploma or equivalent
