Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Quintiles Transnational Holdings is seeking a hardworking and energetic Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information - Accurately document customer interactions and update records as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Continuously improve knowledge of products/services to better assist customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy - Must be comfortable working remotely and independently - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
