Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Raymond James Financial is seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in San Francisco, California. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the web chat operations for our financial services company. You will be tasked with providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions, ensuring prompt responses and resolution to customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor incoming web chat interactions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Train and supervise a team of web chat representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. - Analyze web chat performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. - Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role. - Energetic and reliable personality traits. - Strong communication and people management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other relevant technology. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
