Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Level 3 Communications is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our remote team based in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing web chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat team, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat platform - Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the web chat experience and drive business growth - Analyze chat data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and best practices - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance the web chat platform

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality to effectively lead a remote team - Strong research skills to gather insights and understand customer behavior - Creative thinking to develop innovative strategies for web chat management - Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders - Proven experience in managing web chat platforms and driving results - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
