Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Pacific Life is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. The Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is independent, dedicated, and has a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about Pacific Life products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Conduct research and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution - Help to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates through effective communication and problem-solving - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
