Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Danaher is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Web Chat Specialist on a remote basis in San Diego, California. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role and possess a hardworking and resilient personality.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via web chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers to address their questions and concerns. 3. Utilize project management skills to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively. 4. Make informed decisions to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality interactions and resolving complaints. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong project management skills and ability to make decisions independently. 4. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 5. Hardworking and resilient personality traits. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
