Responsibilities
• Supervise daily maintenance schedule and work orders • Maintain high standards of property's curb appeal and common areas • Complete preventative maintenance logs and inspections • Implement Safety/Security Programs • Complete move out inspections and work orders • Perform make readies, maintain inventory of supplies and tools • Identify capital improvement needs • Complete non-emergent work orders within 48 hours • Build and maintain resident and vendor relationships • Follow after-hours emergency maintenance policies
Requirements
• Ability to lift 15/25/75 pounds • Ability to ascend/descend a ladder • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions • High school or equivalent education preferred • Driver's License required

• Working knowledge of painting • Drywall • Minor electrical • Power tool use • Plumbing experience • Good judgment and professional courtesy
