About the Role

We are seeking talented analysts with backgrounds in international affairs, political analysis, geopolitical strategy, or related fields to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring developments in global politics, international trade, diplomacy, economic policy, and strategic industries. You will conduct in-depth research into major international developments and produce clear, well-supported analytical assessments that provide practical value to clients and support their strategic and risk-related decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Independently produce country risk assessments, intelligence briefs, in-depth conflict research reports, and concise executive-level decision briefs.
2. Conduct all research and analytical writing independently in English, ensuring that deliverables are well structured, evidence-based, professionally written, and analytically rigorous.
3. Continuously monitor global, diplomatic, macroeconomic, and international conflict developments, while maintaining and updating relevant regional and sector-specific risk intelligence.
4. Identify key trends, emerging risks, and strategic implications from complex and rapidly changing information environments.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

1. A bachelor's degree or higher in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
2. A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in regional analysis, international policy, strategic intelligence, conflict risk, or a related field is preferred.
3. Recent graduates should have relevant internship experience, with candidates who have interned at reputable or well-established organizations preferred.
4. Professional experience in journalism, media, public affairs, lobbying, or related fields is an advantage, particularly for candidates with experience as journalists, reporters, or lobbying professionals.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce concise, evidence-based, and decision-oriented analysis for senior business leaders, institutional clients, and other professional audiences.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience in any of the following environments will be given particular consideration:

1. Government or public-sector institutions with international affairs or policy responsibilities

5. Government affairs or lobbying organizations
6. Multinational corporations with relevant geopolitical, government affairs, or strategic risk functions
