Responsibilities include ensuring the food order is complete and taken from the line to the guest in a timely manner. Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and detailed oriented qualities are necessary for this position. Job Responsibilities:

• Monitors wait times for food tickets as they arrive to the kitchen.
• Works with front of house restaurant team on appropriate menu explanations, ingredients, allergies, etc.
• Understands menu ingredients to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Wage Information: The salary for this position is $17.00 plus applicable tips. Qualifications
**Must be over the age of 18** Qualifications/Skills:

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of culinary and restaurant operations.
• Related hotel experience is preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Weekend and holiday availability is highly preferred.
