HR Registered Nurse - Part-Time

Role: HR Registered Nurse - Occupational Health

Summary:

• Join a dynamic team at Green Lake, TX as an Occupational Health Registered Nurse! We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to oversee and enhance our Occupational Health Program.
• This role involves ensuring compliance with government regulations, providing emergency medical care, and promoting overall employee wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and evaluate all phases of the Occupational Health Program.
• Provide immediate and preventative care for employees and contractors.
• Conduct nursing evaluations, pulmonary function testing, respirator fit testing, and audiograms.
• Manage health surveillance programs in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with management on employee health issues and work restrictions.
• Lead wellness programs and health screenings to enhance employee wellbeing.
• Assist in emergency response planning and training for First Aid, CPR, and Infection Control.
• Oversee drug and alcohol testing and annual physicals for employees and contractors.
• Maintain and manage medical records and equipment inspections.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with Occupational Health Certification or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Specimen Collector Certification, ACLS Certification, Audio Testing Certification with CAOHC, and NIOSH qualification in Pulmonary Function Testing.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to exert up to 40 lbs of force occasionally and perform job-specific physical tasks.
