Maintenance Technician, Part-Time

Work Schedule : 50% FTE, day shift. Flexible hours between Sunday - Saturday working an average of 20 hours per week. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. • Maintain heating and air conditioning equipment, emergency power systems, medical gas distribution and supply systems, food service equipment, and hospital life support systems for direct and indirect patient use.
• Perform diagnosis and repair equipment in emergency situations, monitor and make adjustments to the building(s) environment and lighting using a computerized building automation system and monitor and make adjustments to computerized, intelligent fire alarm systems.

Education :
Minimum - High School Diploma or GED
Preferred - Two (2) year technical diploma in HVAC, industrial, trades or related field Work Experience :
Minimum - Two (2) years of maintenance experience or formal training,
Preferred - Two (2) years of maintenance experience or formal training, in a healthcare setting. Licenses and Certifications :
