Front Desk Overnight Night Audit - Part-Time

Starts at $19.50 plus overnight shift differential.

Must be able to work 11 PM – 7:30 AM shifts***

Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

This position is responsible for the guest registration process, specific night audit duties, and communication of hotel services and promotions to guests. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays.Shift is from 11 PM – 7:30 PM.

Qualifications:

+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

+ Refined verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time.

+ Stong computer skills including; Word, Excel, Outlook

+ Prior Night Audit/ Front Office experience strongly preferred.

+ Must have Overnight Availability (11 PM – 7:30 AM)
