Hotel Front Desk Associate - Part-Time

Hospitality America is seeking an energetic, outgoing, customer service pro to fill our open Front Desk/Guest Services Representative position at our BRAND NEW TownePlace Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Morrisville hotel . As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll have the ability to showcase your customer service skills and create exceptional guest experiences all while enjoying a fun work environment with a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you’ll do  

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out. 
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy. 
• Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts. 
• Enter and update reservation information in the system. 
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status. 
• Maintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized .

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :  

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
