Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but is highly preferred. We are currently seeking a night auditor for weekend shifts only, roughly 16-20 hours per week. Responsibilities: Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired Flexible overnight hours are required Excellent customer service and communication skills are required Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required About Company: Located on the historic Ponce de Leon Ave in the heart of Atlanta, Hotel Clermont boasts 93 carefully appointed rooms with modern conveniences and splendid views.
