Maintenance - Part-Time

Overall Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance, protection and overall appearance and mechanical operation of the physical facility and grounds.

Primary Job Duties

Maintains the physical facilities through a structured program of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and repair maintenance.

Ensures daily work orders are completed in a timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Ensure pool chemistry and temperature is in accordance to current health department standards. Pool certification must occur within 60 days of hire date.

Ensures the safety and security of the ground and building.

Maintains the grounds, entrances and landscaping to both properties (BHL and RSI) in a neat and an attractive manner. Ensures and logs in a timely and immediate manner snow removal, ice melt and the safety of walkways and parking lots.

Hotel room preventative maintenance program and all public and back of the house spaces must be on a regularly preventative maintenance program and documented.

Practice positive guest relations by demonstrating the Western States Lodging and Management hospitality and service standards.

Work a flexible schedule which involves evenings, possible weekends and holidays.

Assist and come in, even when not scheduled, for emergencies and being on-call.

Contribute to overall positive atmosphere of hotel for guests, clients and staff.

Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Performs other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)
