Responsibilities
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner • Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance • Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift • Complete all pre-cleaning duties and remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms • Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred • Strong attention to detail • Effective communication skills • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action • Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
