Responsibilities

2. Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear, compelling job descriptions.

Requirements

1. Speaking English Fluently.
2. B.A. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT or AI industry.
4. Strong understanding of various recruitment tools and platforms.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once.
