Qualifications: 

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Familiarity with major social media platforms is advantageous.

Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Zoom.

Preferred, though not required, experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Attend weekly training sessions via Zoom.

·        Execute marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

·        Utilize provided training to generate leads.

·        Communicate with potential clients via phone or Zoom, adhering to a predefined script.

·        Accurately record client details in the Lead Management system.

·        Provide mentorship and support to team members as required
