Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team at Rappi, a leading technology company located in San Diego, California. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely on a part-time basis, making it an ideal role for individuals with a flexible schedule or looking to gain experience in the marketing industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist the marketing team with creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to drive brand awareness - Support in the development of marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and emails - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding - Assist in organizing and attending marketing events and trade shows - Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed

Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively - Excellent communication and people management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required - No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for marketing is a must
