As a Marketing Associate at Avnet, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Los Angeles, California, and play a key role in helping to drive the company's marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Avnet's products and services - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels including social media, email, and website - Assist in the planning and execution of events and trade shows - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement - Support the marketing team in any other tasks as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for marketing is a must - Strong negotiation skills and creativity - Resourceful and able to think outside the box - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
