Lear is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from San Francisco, California. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats - Create content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing materials - Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and events - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to make data-driven decisions - Provide support for various marketing projects as needed
