Job Description - Part-Time Community Marketer

Part-Time Community Marketer 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in the home care industry. The ideal candidate will support the marketing efforts to promote our home care services and enhance our brand presence. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing marketing strategies, and utilizing various channels to drive awareness and engagement. As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Agency in all tasks related to Marketing and Business development.  You will be part of the Branch Management Team responsible for managing Branch Operations & Growth.   Skills Required
  • Character: Independent Problem Solving, Clear Verbal and Written Communication, Emotional Maturity and Stability, Maintain Judgment Free Team, Comfort with Accountability, and Integrity.
  • Knowledge and Experience: General Math, Data Entry, Administrative Writing, Research and Reporting, Organizational and Process Design, and Clinical Compliance.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, email, web based client software, Mac OS X.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and follow work schedule and instructions from your Supervisor and as outlined in our established policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement a Team - Based, Agency - Level Marketing Plan to include; Analyzing local healthcare systems, identifying & meeting needs of customers, determining core competitive advantages; building a core selling message, establishing reach and frequency for target customers and prospects and; coordinating selling strategies and tactics
  • Conduct External Sales Calls on target market in order to execute Agency Marketing Plan and achieve Census & Hours 
  • Promotes Home Care Services within the community and builds / sustain relationships with external healthcare providers 
  • Plan, organize and implement special events for the agency to promote further growth development 
  • Develop positive, professional working relationships with local Hospitals, Discharge Planners, Social Workers, Case Workers, Physicians, Senior Resource Centers, Dialysis Centers, Skilled Nursing Centers, Managed Care Organizations, and other healthcare providers
  • Lead development of a Public Relations Campaign, to include media contacts, press releases, event management, ect.. That would extol the virtues of the agency to the local community. 
  • Manage ancillary marketing programs to include E Marketing, Facebook, Instagram and other company initiatives.  
  • Stays abreast of changes in Medicaid, Manage Care and other prospective payment systems
  • Maintains a Book of Business, SWOT Analysis & Quarterly Marketing Plan
  • Assist with client intake process by coordinating with Agency Team;
  • Assist with Client & Employee Initiatives 
  • Assist with employee matching to ensure adequate staffing
  • Manages, drives and maintains Customer Service Policy & Procedures 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other task as assigned 

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma
Work History/Experience 
  • 1-3 years of experience. Home Health or Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Marketing - 1 Year Preferred 
Work Location:
  • Multiple Locations - Charlotte, NC
Work Remotely:
  • No - In Person 
Schedule:
  • Hour Shift
  • Day Shift
  • Monday to Friday
Compensation: 
  • $15.00 per Hour
Supplemental Pay:
  • Client Bonus Program           
    • 60 or 70 Hours & Above = $200 per Admission (paid 30 days after onboarding) 
    • 59 or 69 Hours & Below = $100 per Admission (paid 30 days after onboarding)
  • Caregiver Bonus Program
    • $100 per Admission (paid 30 days after onboarding)
Gas Reimbursement:
  • Gas allowance? / Weekly budget? / Weekly timesheet with gas report? App report validating mileage driven during work hours? Like MileIQ?
