Part-Time Marketing Assistant

PART-TIME MARKETING ASSISTANT (Permanent) Our client, an established manufacturing company with their US headquarters in WNY, is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This position will play a key role in the development and implementation of policies on a local and global level.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design marketing materials for social media, blogs, email marketing, and other business needs.
• Write blog posts, articles, and social media content that aligns with the company’s brand, voice, and messaging.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of corporate websites and various social media accounts.
• Conduct research to identify trends, industry best practices, and opportunities for improving marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure design accuracy and consistency of the company’s brands.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Assist in other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required.
• Other duties as assigned

Details:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Be familiar with and utilize programs such as Canva, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Suite.
• Intermediate knowledge of how to create and execute paid ads.
• Knowledge of various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google+, etc).
• $15.00/hour
• Awareness of the principles of graphic design and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the a bility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to conceptualize design strategy
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the marketing team
