Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Devon Energy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time entry-level position will require a minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content - Conduct market research and analyze data to optimize campaigns - Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies - Monitor and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Handle any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 1 year of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices - Experience with social media management platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
