Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Raytheon is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads - Manage all digital marketing channels including social media, email, and SEO - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital platforms - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing - Create and manage digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of digital marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and online traffic growth - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Reliable and independent work ethic - Excellent presentation and decision-making skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting - Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools
