Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a part-time Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and possess the personality traits of being resilient and independent.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to drive user engagement - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong project management and communication skills - Proven track record of creating successful digital marketing campaigns - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
