Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description: ManpowerGroup is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and possess a driven and energetic personality. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising - Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online community - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content that aligns with marketing objectives - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Lead website optimization efforts to improve user experience and increase conversion rates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong people management and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and web analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
