Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn - Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative digital marketing tactics - Utilize persuasion and negotiation skills to secure partnerships and collaborations with influencers and other organizations - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Previous experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and social media advertising - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide decision-making - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo is a plus - A passion for innovation and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
