The Digital Marketing Manager at Mercedes-Benz in Indianapolis, Indiana will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services. This individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through various online channels.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversion on the company's website and social media platforms - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing, display advertising, and social media advertising - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to continually improve campaign performance and ROI - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business goals - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to recommend innovative strategies and tactics - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns effectively - Develop and maintain digital marketing budgets and report on performance metrics to senior management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities - Dedicated to achieving results and driving success in digital marketing initiatives
