Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Manage social media platforms and engage with followers to build brand loyalty - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness - Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain competitive - Negotiate and manage relationships with digital marketing vendors and agencies - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Demonstrated track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns
