Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

State Street Corp. is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, hardworking, possess emotional intelligence, and have exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. 2. Support the marketing team in creating content for various channels including social media, email marketing, and website. 3. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives. 4. Conduct market research and provide insights to inform marketing strategies. 5. Manage the marketing calendar and ensure all deadlines are met. 6. Assist in analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
