Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Nuro, a leading marketing agency located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet company objectives. 2. Support the marketing team in creating engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing channels. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Assist in organizing and coordinating events, promotions, and campaigns. 5. Analyze and report on marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. 7. Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms. 5. Adaptable and energetic with a creative mindset. 6. Emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team environment.
