Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team at SoFi in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various marketing activities and initiatives to help drive our company's growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior data - Assist in developing promotional materials and content for digital and traditional marketing channels - Help with organizing and coordinating marketing events and activities - Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks - Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and effectiveness - Assist with social media management and content creation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to think on your feet - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
