Job Description:

Waste Management, a leading provider of waste management services in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the marketing team with a variety of tasks to promote our services and brand.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content - Coordinate marketing events and trade shows - Support the sales team with marketing materials and presentations - Analyze marketing data and provide insights for future campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency - Provide administrative support to the marketing department

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field - 4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong people management and strategic planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
