Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Target is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Marketing Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will support the marketing team in various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a marketing-related role and possess strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create and update marketing collateral, including social media posts, emails, and website content - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
