Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Marketing Associate at Rockwell Automation, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in various tasks to help promote our products and services. This role is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing or related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create and manage content for marketing materials, including social media, website, and email campaigns - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals - Assist in organizing and attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences - Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics - Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners to build strong relationships and drive business growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Excellent analytical and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software applications
