Marketing Associate - Work from home

Bank of America Corp. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives - Support the team in organizing and promoting events and webinars - Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
