Xcel Energy is seeking a part-time Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. We are looking for a hardworking and energetic individual with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong adaptability and leadership skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and lead generation - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms - Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of digital marketing initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Lead and mentor junior team members to foster growth and development

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proven track record of success in managing digital marketing campaigns - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
