Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description: As the Online Digital Marketing Manager at MGM Resorts International in Seattle, Washington, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's online marketing strategies and campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams to create and execute digital marketing plans that drive traffic, engage customers, and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversion rates - Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms - Collaborate with the creative and content teams to create engaging digital content - Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to inform decision-making - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Work with the social media team to integrate online marketing efforts with social media campaigns - Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize website content for search engines - Manage online partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand visibility - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews online

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation and creativity soft skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
