Weyerhaeuser is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, possess strong planning and negotiation skills, and demonstrate a hardworking and confident attitude.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement on our website and social media platforms. - Create and optimize digital content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Support the marketing team in coordinating with external vendors and partners. - Assist in managing online advertising campaigns and budgets. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our online marketing efforts remain competitive.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in online marketing or digital advertising. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Hardworking and confident attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of online marketing. - Excellent planning and negotiation skills.
